<식품안전예방관리전문가 교육 프로그램>


미국 식품안전현대화법 (FSMA)에서 실시하고 있는 식품 예방적 통제법 및 해외공급자검증 프로그램 (FSVP) 을 준수하기 위해 식품 제조사 및 수입업자는 Food Safety Plan 을 갖추고 있어야 하며, 본 Food Safety Plan 은 FDA의 기준을 충족하는 교육과정을 이수하거나 그에 걸맞는 지식과 경험이 있는 PCQI (Preventive Controls Qualified Individual) 가 작성, 운영 및 검토해야 합니다. 


본 교육 프로그램의 수강을 통해 식품생산업체 또는 수입업체는 FDA에서 요구하는 수준의 Food Safety Plan을 설계할 능력을 갖추게 됩니다.


본 교육과정은 US FDA가 인가한 교육기관인 FSPCA (Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance)에서 제공하는 컨텐츠와 강사로 진행되며, 수료 후 FSPCA, AFDO(Association of Food and Drug Officials), IFSH (Institute for Food Safety and Health)에서 발급하는 Certificate이 제공됩니다.
